Rules – Prizes – Deadline

• Photos must be of people, places or things in Oconee County

• Photos must be owned by and the original work of the applicant

• Photos may not have been submitted in previous KOBA Photo contests

• Photos may be digitally enhanced with only minor adjustments such as cropping, dust removal, dodging & burning, sharpening, contrast, toning, slight color adjustment, and conversion to grayscale

• The entry fee is $5/image with a maximum of three (3) photos per applicant

• Applicant agrees to release photo(s) to KOBA for its promotional use

• PRIZES: $100 each to the top three photographs as selected by third party judge

• DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: Friday September 12, 2025 at 4pm

 

Entries and Fees (choice of Electronic OR In-Person submission)

• Electronically   submit to kobaphotos1491@gmail.com or use Dropbox for high resolution photos

1. 8 x 10 jpg format (max file size 8 MB) Use your last name & photo title in the file name.

2. Complete the registration for ELECTRONIC photos below, take a screen shot and submit using email or Dropbox

• In-Person: 

1. printed 8 X 10 on optional 11 X 14 black matte or foam board with IN-PERSON registration form below attached on back of each photo.

2. Drop off to Mikayla K. at Duke World of Energy, 7812 Rochester Hwy, Seneca

Wed. – Fri., 10am-4pm (no later than 4pm on Friday September 12, 2025)

• Entry Fees:  Include your name and photo title(s) with your payment received no later than September 26, 2025. Mail to:  KOBA  PO Box 1491  Seneca, SC  29679
