The 2009 KOBA photo contest ended on November 7, 2009. There were 46 entries, all of which depicted Oconee County at its finest. Judging was conducted by a local independent photographer. This is the eighth year KOBA has conducted the Contest. Every year we
see great examples of our beautiful county.
