KOBA 2011 PHOTO CONTEST

Keep Oconee Beautiful Association (KOBA) presented the awards to the winners of our ninth annual Photo Contest. There were five prize winners (first through fifth at $250, $200, $150, $100 and $50 respectively) and five Honorable Mention recipients.
